Pam's Story

I started my fitness journey when enrolling for a National Diploma in Sports Coaching & Development at MCAST in Malta. Here I had the opportunity to study most disciplines in sport. I then moved to London to read a Degree in Contemporary Dance where alongside my studies I also worked as a freelance personal trainer and gym instructor, gaining a good amount of exposure to the industry.

After moving back from London I fell in love with CrossFit and Functional Fitness and have been incorporating this into my own training and coaching since.

I have also been competing both locally and internationally in CrossFit for the past 6 years. Together with my teammate Christina Grima won The Underworld Games in February 2019 and February 2020.
