Anthony Bajada

Fitness being a passion from the young age of 14 where I used to swim & compete with Sliema ASC, then this leading me over to the commencement of waterpolo where I spent over 6 years playing also for Sliema ASC and was luckily enough to form part of a special team that lead the wins through many of the minor league titles. I had then ventured into athletics through an inspirational coach and mentor Gerald Grech (to whom I still look up to till this day) - he had led me to the success in an unbeaten MAAA 5km road running series. In the recent years through my passion & love for sports I was spotted and asked to form part of the National rowing team which has been yet another great experience landing the qualifying and participation in two championships BRIC & the world national series in France.

Preserving no matter the surrounding or circumstance.

  • If you could use one short sentence to motivate someone, what would you say?

Anthony's Story

Leading me to why I do what I do ! Passion drive & energy - i will stop at nothing to better myself in every aspect and sense of fitness capabilities that i can - why ? To better learn the skill of resilience and share that mental capability to inspire and motivate others that we ALL have what it takes.

Thirdly that's a good one - I do all three recently concluding studies where i graduated in an MBA last year - work within the consulting sector (engineering / operational structures) and also coach - give group session, 1 to 1 sessions which you can almost call a full time basis or majority of my time is spent.
