Competitors will be evaluated across the following areas:

Symmetry & Proportional Balance

Judges will assess the overall harmony of the physique—how evenly muscle is developed from top to bottom and side to side. Proportions between muscle groups and balanced growth are key.

Muscularity

This includes both the size and definition of the muscles. Judges will look for well-developed muscles with clear separation and consistency across the entire body.

Muscle Definition & Detail

Athletes should showcase clear, visible muscular features such as:

- Rounded, capped shoulders
- Distinct bicep and tricep separation
- Full chest with noticeable side chest development
- Defined abdominal muscles
- Well-developed back including upper, mid, and lower sections
- Separated and defined quads
- Visible hamstring detail
- Glutes that are round, firm, and show a clear connection to the hamstrings

Conditioning & Muscle Separation
Competitors should display:
- Defined borders between each muscle group
- Firmness and clarity in muscle structure
- Overall tightness and detail in the physique

Stage Presence

Athletes will be judged on their confidence, presentation skills, and how well-rehearsed and polished their posing routine is.
