WOMEN'S TRANSFORMATION

This class is designed for individuals who have overcome a life-altering challenge/incident and transformed their lives towards a healthier/happier lifestyle. This class is going to be judged on the unique journey after the life-altering challenge/incident. We want to recognize the unique and ongoing journey of personal transformation after a life altering event or challenge.

Take starting photos or find them in the camera roll to submit to: shredfest@bulletproofculture.com

• The photo needs to have a timestamp from your camera roll
• Submit photos by email as soon as you register
• In the email, submit the following: 
• First name, Last name
• Identify which class you are competing in 
• Date of the Starting Photos with proof

*If the photo/collaged photo is not sent at the time of registration, there is no guarantee that your photo will be shown on show day.

The judging will also include showing a 2 minute video to the crowd:

Video Submission

Submissions no later than ONE WEEK (7 days) before your show date, or your video will not be counted towards your competition.

Competitors will create a 2 minute video that will be shown at the show.

Please make sure your video includes the following details, as they’ll help judges better understand and evaluate your transformation:

- Your full name

- What was your starting weight at the beginning of your journey?

- What were the biggest challenges or obstacles that pushed you to take the first step?

- Was there a specific moment or experience that truly motivated you to commit to change?

- What is your current weight after completing your transformation?

- What are the key takeaways or lessons you’ve learned that might inspire others?

- How has this transformation influenced your daily life and overall well-being?

- What advice would you offer to someone just getting started on their own weight loss path?

1. Please record in portrait, and not in horizontal. We will be playing this video on a screen on stage. If you are recording with your phone, please turn it normal to capture vertical footage.
