This is a FUN Session Experience for ALL FITNESS LEVELS.
Basic Swimming know-how is a must. Make sure to put on sunblock too.
FULL SCHEDULE:
- Boat will leave at 4:50pm sharp so be there by latest 4:30PM
- COVID 19 Certificate OR a Negative PCR/Rapid Test + ID Card is required upon entry
- Split into 4 groups for rotation
- Any questions will be answered
- Consists of 4x20min sub-sessions as seen on schedule
- POST-WORKOUT MEAL included from Maypole
